Sir:
I do not have complaint against you but one company called E Music.com from USA despite my request for cancellation of downloading music from May still continues to charge me. I have received $ 14.99 on 3rd June & $14.99 on 3rd July in my credit card number.
Additionally for both these months we were away on holidays & therefore could not make the payments on time resulting in high interest charges from you. I have already made the payments to you on 12th August on my return from abroad.
I would like you to therefor make a stop payment to this company from immediate effect. I also have sent the e mail to E music.com but there is no response so far. Can you therefore do not honour the claim further payment to this company?
