Written letter to ICICI bank:
This reference to my credit card no.5176 5390 0084 4005, which has due date is 21-Oct, due amount is Rs. 2521/-.As I have deposited cheque (cheque No. 676153, Bank of Baroda, Branch Jacob circle, Mumbai of an amount Rs.3000/-) on dated 12-Oct against you due. Whch I deposited or handed over directly to your cheque collection office which is located at ICICI Bhandarkar Road, Pune-411004.and also I confirmed they (cheque collection dept) have entry on dated 12-Oct. But still after, 23 (i.e. till today) I am getting SMS that my cheque has not been cleared.
As, when I got your first SMS which is on dated 23-Oct. I talk to your call center guys two times, they said we got the cheque, but cheque outstation.
While I directly deposited to your ICICI Bank collection department on 12-Oct (i.e. 9 days before my due date).
After explaining this they (call center guys) said that this my first time, so we will waived off your late payment fees & Interest.
After all these talk, your bank charged me same Late fee (which is 400 St 41) Inertest Fee (290 29.92). This wrong statement. Kindly waive off my late fee & interest and give me confirmation for the same. Before getting confirmation I will not going to pay your due amount for this month and I will cancel my card. It is deficiency in your services, because of your negligence, I going to bare this charges, which very wrong.
Kindly confirm, at earliest. Otherwise I am going to take legal action through consumer forum.
