Dear All,

Iam holding your credit card no 4718 6100 0052 4562 & made my full payment of Rs 37488/- which i have confirmed from your phone banking officer & i was informed very clearly that this will be my full & final payment.

But till date iam recieving calls & sms from your side for payments which i dont understand why iam harrased after making my payments.

I have logged various complaints in phonebanking but i had not got any response as they are telling as this is interest which they have charged as i have never utilised my card after making my payments.

Today also i have recieved sms to pay 2905.85 which is unfair.
