Hi,

I am holding a creit card for last 2yrs (from oct) (4384 5999 1026 1766). The bill has been paid for the card and noting is outstanding from my end. Still I am getting letter/bill from HSBC every month which state that some amount is still due. This statement however states that the card has been cancelled. Could you please check it your end?

Please let me know in case of any issue.
