Setelment of credit dard payment

Hello

This dinesh here i got two c c which was block since last 6 month, I went banker for setelment i did the same what they said but noe think if my name is in defalter list do i get any loan or not. If its fine i got setelment letter from bank. It happened becoz of some finanacial probplem please help me
