Credit Card Statement

Dear Sir/Mam

I am Axis Bank Credit Card Holder this month without sending the monthly statement (by post nor by email) u people sent a sms dated on 04-10-08 at 8.45 pm to pay the amount. I dont know how many days before u send the statement to the customer pls let me know immediately. if we make the payment late u collect late fee so what to do for this.
