Unfair commitment and wrong billing

I am sharing few bad experience with SBI Card and also I am realizing that this type of unfair dealing are damaging SBI image:

Without asking granted Rs 10000/- saying that it is a offer

After some time I received a call in respect to EMI's, phone caller tell me that we are making sic EMI for your payment.

I regret to inform you that I am continuously depositing EMI but similarly receiving the bill with interest also a EMI collector mad few changes in my cheque but penalty imposed to me.

Now I am really upset due to this type of unfair billing and commitment, please make my final payment and revert my interest etc.
