Dear Sir/Mam,
Ive asked u before for my credit card pin a few days back but u said that there was a previous amount due and because of which u cant send me the pin and then I got the amount deposited and also mailed u about it and asked u to kindly resend me the pin as now theres no amount due on my card the no of which is 4129058682967449 its a gold card and the amount due on it has been deposited by me and it has been over a week now but still didnt get any intimation or pin of the relevant card until now its been more than 15 days I m sure and now that I tried to use my card for a purchase its not processing it says that the card has been misssing or lost on the internet I dunno why my card is deactivated as I have already deposited the payment due about 10 days ago and still not received the pin nor the card is working anymore... Kindly look into the matter and activate my card and also send me the PIN of the card ASAP
