An amount of Rs.745 was paid by me by cheque no.631565 towards credit card payment. The amount was debited from my SBI account no.10211933658 on 3.10.2008 but was not credited at your end. a complaint has been lodged in this regard [SR83225130 dated 19.10.2008].
necessary action may be taken and the amount be adjusted immediately.
