This refers to your statement dated 23.04.08 in which you have levied late payment fee of Rs.350/- and GST of Rs. 46.40.

Please note that against your statement dt. 23.03.08, I paid Rs. 630/- vide cheque no 750307 dt. 11.04.08 on SBI well before the due date of 12.04.08.

Since I drop the cheque in your Branch at Bhawanipur, Kolkata before the due date, I am not liable to pay the late fee of Rs.350/- & GST of Rs. 46.40 levied by you.

You are requested to reverse the above said late fee and GST amounting to Rs. 396.40 immediately.
