Credit card A/c No.447629995333736 -Confirmation of paymen of Credit Card bill Rs 16000

I have paid Credit card A/c 447629995333736 bill of Rs 16000 vide Payinst#115951 drawn on HDFC Bank dated 28-4-dropped in drop box at Satya Super market, Shivam Road, Hyderabad on 30-4-08 at 9 a.m. well in advance of due date. But today informed of not receipt of the bill amount.

Always I pay my bills without delay. Please check. All along I had no problem with drop box payment.

Confirm the payment at the earliest or conduct inquiry. I am poor customer should not be troubled. If you have not received I will take up the matter seriously & file necessary complaints.

Still not received, I will pay in your branch and close my credit card.

Hope you will try your best in tracing the Payinst Cheque.

For more than one hour I have tried with phone banking wasting lot of money but couldn't get connection.
