Not able to obtain any loans

Hi,

My name is Rishabh Jain. I have appliedd for a loan in HDFC Bank. But this loan cannot get approved due to the reason that I had outstanding on a Health Plus Card but the actual outstanding is zero & I have mail from them confirming the same. Can you please provide me an update if this case of mine is listed in CIBIL so that I can do the necessary to get it corrected. I do not have any other loans on my name. My salary account is with HDFC only.
