I m HDFC customer for the past 7yrs, my credit card no was 5176 3510 0011 1199. In 14.5.08 HDFC BANK have deducted amount Rs 39434.43 from my SB A/C which was due for credit card usage. But it was done bfore prior to any notice or communication or a call. i was stopped using credit card bfore itself.
After it happened i approached my salem credit card division incharge Mr. Nandhakumar, he says me to contact mr. Nallusamy in coimbatore credit card division. I met him also.
i have asked only letter for the amonunt deducted for the amount from the bank, intially he tolds me that he can get it for me. I agreed and i came back.
i approched them N number of times.yet to get letter from the bank, now they r not giving proper response.
sir i would like u to get a letter for this from the HDFC bank, as soon as possible.
