Dear Sir,
I am not receiving monthly statements properly from June onwards, and the courier people are simply returning the letters with "no such person". I have brought this to the attention of customer care several times. I even went to Anna salai & Ambattur credit card section and they simply asked me to contact customer care or email. I am getting totally frustrated. Only on 26th Aug 08 I received july statement without Aug statement. For your information I paid June, July & even Aug payments after incurring Rs200/- on cell charges to complain & to know my dues.

June 14th statement Rs1567.90, statement received after payment due date, before that i made several complaints and dropped cheque in Royapuram ATM Drop box on 27-6-08 ch-no 594307, Again i was told to send fresh cheque, so on 25-7-08 I dropped cheque no594309 in Armenian st Icici bank drop box for Rs1567.90 "Second time".
July 15th Statement received only on 26-8-08, Before that I made several complaints and was asked to pay Rs2303/-, so I dropped cheque no 594310 dt 29-7-08 in Armenian st Icici bank drop box.
Total statement amount Rs 4320.30
Less June Statement amount (-)Rs 1567.90

Balance amount Rs 2752.13
But total amount spent in june Rs 2246.76 only
So excess paid i.e, Rs 2303.00

Excess amount paid RS 56.24 which should be credited to my a/c.
Still not yet received Aug statement, but on complaint & advice told to pay Rs2280.42p, dropped cheque no 594311 dt 25-8-08 in drop box at Armenian st Icici bank.
All this I am writting in good faith and if still I do not get statements by 21st of every month I must shift my loyalty to others, for which you & your courier people are to blame.
