The complaint:-
1) Extreme misbehavior from a lady customer care executive from this number:- "02240372312"
this lady is regularly calling at my landline member and harassing my parents using bad words and commanding tone.
Who is she to command my parents. she had abused my parents, they are not accountable to pay the bill and answerable to her (bustard).
2) When ever she had word with me she lied that my dad said I am in Mumbai, I am working in reliance in HR dept. and need to travel a lot. continuously explaining her that I am on roaming will talk to her once I am in Mumbai.she said " You are lying". how can she comment like this to any customer. I will take this issue to consumer forum as an asultation case.
3) Pl see to it that I should not get such calla further and want to withdraw my card. Pl send me the details of settlement. I want to close the card in three installment.
4) I hope the customer care of this bank will be sensible enough to address this issue.
