Spikes are of bad quality

I had bought Cricket Spike Shoes from Sarat Bose Road Show Room in Kolkata in the month of February.

After two month the spikes of the shoes are of not good quality and are coming out of the sole. The spikes (Batting) need to be replaced with good quality spikes.
