I am an architect with a multinational firm in India. How I am supposed to recommend to any of our projects if myself having so much of problem with this product. Even the person for after sales service is so bad he doesn t even listen properly and try to run away from his task. The tank was leaking, the valve was leaking, when the person came for fixing the same, the therostat stopped working. I took the geyser to the workshop and after few days picked up. The valve was leaking again. The same person came to fix that and after he went the thermostat is not working and red light is continuously on. I request you to change the piece. Manish Bagga
