Geyser not working water tank to be replaced

I had purchased a geyser crompton Greaves make on 17.10.2010 from Inder Electric, Sikenderpur it was under two year warranty.

There was a leakage in the geyser, the engineer from cropmton greaves has visited & confirmed the tank has to be replaced & the geyser needs to send for repair at authorised service centre.

I have handed over the geyser on 3rd October to their authorised service centre M/s. ATZ Global Engineers, A-55/14, DLF Phase I, Gurgaon since the geyser is with them and am following on daily and getting the reply that tank is not in the stock as soon as it will be send by the company and we will repair the geyser and inform you accordingly.

Somebody at Crompton Greaves will look into the matter and help me.
