Hi, i am deepak gautam, we are using service of indane gas service trough Rajendra Gas Agency, Jaipur from a long time.
but now a days, people fronm this agency not want to do work with strategies ..
a long list of complaint from this agency we faced... like
(a) staff not behave well
(b) don't booked gas with out complaint... when we go fot gas booking 3-4 times then they booked once...
(c) don't reply and give information regarding booking date and our query...
(d) don't booked gas before 21 days, n this is not a rule for any type of service, if we are 12 member in family then how this is possible that we use 1 cylinder upto 1 month..give me clarification that where is the rule for this type...
(e) big big problem..BLACK-MARKETING, we have our booking slip..but we don't get our cylinder from this bcoz staff start selling our cylinder from our slip number to other person and reply to us that they don't have cylinder in godown... great policy now a days...
if there is any 1, who is able to solve this general problem so plz plz reply and give them tonic that they start their work...
