Some shopkeepers in d-85, sector-1, avantika, rohini., blocked the severage by putting some wastage material (MALBA) in front of their shops, i know the severage is not working but the rainy water gets blocked on road which creates problems and difficulties for people who are using this road everyday. i request to take legal action against them because 10-15 days ag i make request to them regarding upper case but they shouted on me very badly. i hope you will help me. thank you
