Do not book at first call - Poor Service

Hi,

I have been with this agency for almost 12 years now. In the last three years the agency is showing a very poor response. In fact, it is incompetent and the people working there are very rude and unhelpful. They never book the gas in the first call and say that the cylinder will reach us in a week's time. When another call is made after 10 days, they give another week for delivery and it is only after calling in for the thrid time do they book you for cylinder and then send ur cylinder in 10 days saying that booking was done only a week ago. We have no way of tracking these calls and no booking number is given to us.

I do not think that this company is fit to operate and looks after its consumers.
