I reside in A-142, South City I, Gurgaon.

I have received a bill from June to Nov and consumed units are only 33 (meter person has taken wrong reading), whereas the actual reading should be about 2000 units. Now where should I go to get it corrected. There is no address given in bill. the website never opens, Now the subseequent bill is going to be very high as the charges go up after 300 units consumption. this govt body has absolutely no mechanism in place for consumer complaints. there is no phone number or office adddres mentiond in the bill..

somebody help me out by telling what to do.
