I purchased this product thru internet using the Rediff mail.
The product I recd is of a very poor quality and does not even function. Firstly there is no manual to explain the usage and features. Secondly there seems to be some loose parts inside the unit that are rattling which gives an impression of a damaged piece. The worst ever packing I have seen for an electronic equipment. I am attaching photographs of the packing.
I am totally dissatisfied with the product and would like to return the product and get my refund.
