I am consumber of Bharat Gas Agency bearing No.17338 registered in the Agency of Dammo Enterprises, 64-A, DDA Flats, Jhilmil Colony, Delhi. I booked my Gas Cylinder on 01.06.2009 over phone No.22146036. They have not supplied it to my house till date. When I went to the Agency Office to get it on 08.06. the staff of Agency has totally refused to deliver it to me and stated that only delivery men will give the supply to my house. The behaviour of the staff was also not good. They have not shown the co-operate nature and stated that if you want to lodge complaint against the agency, you can do. I requested you to kindly look into the matter and supply the Gas Cylinder as early as possible to my house.
