I bought a semi automatic wash machine from DASS ELECTRONICS KOTHRUD, when it was opened it was defective, and when i asked for a replacement they are sending there stupid technicians, who wanted to sell some stolen products from DASS to me...
After discussion with DASS KOTHRUD manager he was trying to convince me to get repair the washing machine and use, not agree to replace defective piece. Actually they use to play a game with customers, they say that its a company defect and when called in company call center they tell that ask your dealer (Dass) to replace the washing machine, we don't have any option.
MAKING CUSTOMERS FOOL WITH HIGH COST... Please compare the price with other dealers and never buy any product from DASS.
