I applied for the PAN card same year in feb. I made the payment but when I check through mail it says it have been delivered on 01 of feb but when I called to customer care executive they told it has been delivered on 01 of feb.
They are making clear about it. after all these thing i reapply two time at uti but they do not give me the ack no i don't know they are doing or grab my money.
