DDA 2008 Housing scheme
Non refund of money in DDA 2008 scheme

I and my wife had applied for DDA falt under DDA 2008 scheme for which the draw was there in Dec. So far I have not received any refund. The application numbers are: 1006198 & 245524. There has been no official communication either from DDA or the nodal bank ICICI Green Park Branch. Informally I have come to know that the applications amount Rs 300000 have been forefieted because of husband and wife were not eligible to apply.

Please guide me how I should follow up my case.
