I had applied for a flat in the 2008 allottment scheme of DDA. I had submitted my application form in ICICI Bank Branch at DC chowk, Rohini New Delhi on 10th of Nov. My application form number is 0458671

Amount: 150, 000/-

I have not recieved the refund of the above amount.
