My Father applied for Rohini DDA Plot in 1981 its almost 27 years the plot has not been allotted. It shows the ineffectiveness in dealing with the matter of allotting the plots that it is taking them almost 27 years to allot the land to the applicants.

We fail to understand that why are they taking so long to allot the plots and how many generations more have to wait
