I have sent some important original marksheet & degree certificate of my sister from jaipur (rajasthan) to churu (rajasthan) on date 16/09 . the person that booked my parsal has ensured me that your speed post will be delievered on next day means 17/06 .it was urgent because she has to take admission in some institute that's last date was 18/09. so i was sure that those documents will reach on 17/06. but that speed post was not recieved till todays 19/09. means three days gone & also her admission date gone on 18/09. & the branch where i have booked my parsal was not giving me satisfactory answer that when will they deliever my parsal . so there was a big loss of my sister's carrier bacause now she can take admission on next year .if she will got that parsal. the speed post no. of that parsal is ER036569553IN.
please take necessesery action on it.
