I had return ticket for delhi pune delhi sector for 15th august which i got cancelled on 8 th august REF NO 187632 . IWAS ASSURED THAT THE AMOUNT WOULD BE REFUNDED BACK TO BACK CREDIT CARD IN 14 WORKING DAYS BUT IT HAS STILL NOT BEEN DONE I HAVE COTINUESLLY FOLLOWING UP WITH THE REFUND DEPARTMENT . THEY KEEP ON DELAYING THE MATTER BY 5NG PAYI DAYS BUT STIL NO REFUND HAS BEEN MADE FOR VTHE PAST 2 MONTHS

MY I AM UNECESSARALLY PAYING INTEREST ON MY CREDIT CARD FOR THE SAID AMOUNT

I AM ALSO UNDER LOT OF FINANCIAL TROUBLE

THIS IS VERY ON THE AIRLINE PART TO HARASS A CUSTOMER LIKE THIS . AT THE TIME OF BOOKING THE TICKET THEY TAKE THE MONEY BUT WHY TAKE SO LONG FOR REFUNDING

PLEASE IF ANY ONE CAN HELP PLEASE HELP AS DONOT KNOW WAT TO DO . IF I TAKE ANY SERIOUS STEP THE AIRLINES WILL BE TO BLAME

WHAT DO KINGFISHER POTRAY AS GOOD TIME WHEN THEY ARE BEHAVING LIKE THIS WITH THERE CUSTOMERS
