DEDUCTED MONEY FROM CREDIT CARD WITH OUT GETTING E TICKET

Respected Sir/Madam,

I tried to purchase 12 tickets (each ticket cost

120/- Total1638.54 with extra charges for the movie Class of The Enthiran tamil movie using my SBI-BANK DEBIT CARD for the INOX theater at INOX CITI CENTER CHENNAI on 24- OCT for the movie scheduled 9:30pm on 25-OCT.

In between my transaction due to network problem i did not get E-tickets, but amount of 1638.54 /-(Thousand Six hundred and Thirty Eight Rupees) deducted from my SBI -BANK DEBIT Card. I have done this in inox online booking using My mail ID: [email protected] & Mobile No: 9444071273 on 24- OCT around 11:00 am
