VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Sir,

I bought a new Pulsar 180 from my nearest showroom Kazhakuttom, I paid the amount for NSC but i dont get the NSC, the branch manager told me to give the money & they will take the NSC for me but he cheated me. He said the NSC will get along with the RC book but I dont get the NSC. Now I called the branch manager for assistance now he said that the amount for the NSC is lost & take a new one. Sir please take necessary actions against the branch manager. I bought the bike & registered on 14 sep 2009.
