No track of documents where they are

I am about to receive the important legal documents through them which should reach me in time also that I can also send them back in time but there is no proper track no or nothing that i can see that where is the document or what is the statues of the documents. and when i rang them they gave me different company name, phone number for different company, and address of third one now unable to find where the documents and don't know when I will receive them so that I can send it back to whom ever it belongs in time.
