Respected sir/ Madam
First he is using illegal premises for store as above his shop is Small scale industry and the place where he has build his shop is emergency exit in case of any of above shop catch fire plus he does not have A/C and his fridge does not work properly and he mostly attend those customer who what mobile refill or make up kit other thing rather then medicine because of the profit mostly his medicine are over date or not in proper condition plz sir look in this matter as soon as u can his people sale person are mostly illiterate but as they work in that shop from many year they can do their work it really funny to see in mumbai a illegal shop with all those fault in medical shop A/c is compulsory but he does not care their is no A/C or class wall nothing the shop is totally open
Hope sir you and your dept will take care of us becoz 1 day a big accident may take place
