Dengue threat posed by unauthorized kiosk

The temporary kiosk of 'press-wala' made near 3rd block, East of Kailash, J.J. Tenaments, 4-Storey, Garhi, New Delhi-65 is shabby and is covered with a plastic sheet that collects rain water and dirt posing severe threat of dengue and other diseases. This kiosk is not being removed despite several requests. Please help since the health of local residents is at risk.
