This is with great displeasure that I am writing this mail to express how disappointment Delhi Online Florist late delivery and poor services caused to us by not delivering our consignment (Rakhi) right on time of auspicious occasion. We placed order on August 3, 09 to deliver consignment on August 4, 09. They assured same day delivery but the actually delivered consignment on 6th of August which is about 3 days later than the promised.
It is completely unacceptable and disgusting experience that we had with their services and above all an emotional disturbance on the occassion of festival.
We pray that nobody ever uses their services and that they should liquidate their business as I don't see how could they survive in this competitive environment. We expect them to stop making fool of the people and extract money.
We placed an order for delievery of consignment which included sweets and expected the delivery on the same day of perishable food item. We don't expect the sweet to survive in the process for more than a day since it expects to attract bacteria.
In view thereof, we expect they not only refund us the money but also associated damages.
