I bought my laptop 1525 M62 on 15th nov with the promises of the best service if any fault found in the warranty period of 1 yr.but i am very disappointed with the response when i am trying to get it done.the body paint of my laptop is damaged itself when it's not even a year and people from customer care are not responding to my request.i am going to take a legal action if my faith is broken.kindly do the needful.i would be obliged.
