Hi,
I had booked a computer in November and after almost 1 month got the delivery of the computer a Studio 15 in december. I was told about the delay as a refund in the excise duty. Now it has been 3 months and i have still not received the refund for the amount of Rs 2000. I have spoken to the customer service and also sent numerious emails to the customer service department but have still not received the refund.
Every time i call them up they say that they know abou this and the finance department is in the process of sending out the checks. Now i am not sure what should i do and where i should go for the refund.
The computer is in my Brothers name Sachin Mathur
Service tag of the computer is 979n2bs
Please help.
