Pathetic support from dell

Hi,

Can anyone tell me how to contact someone else in Dell (possibly higher level peropel) other than Dells technical phone support.

I am frustrated with their and support and helpless as the only option to contact Dell is their customer support number where a bunch of useless idiots sit.
