My bluetooth device isnot working..from the time when i bought the laptop..i contacted to dell custmor care

many time..but they isnot giving proper response... i did everything what they told to do.and about 6 month havebeen passes and my blutooth isnot working till now..my laptop is in warrunty period..i bought laptop in october month.my laptop tag no. is 2CKG2BS.
