Dell has a pathetic way of handling their corporate clients. I had ordered and paid for 1 no Dell E 5400 laptop on 23rd of March with a commitment of assured billing by their sales manager that it will get billed by 31-03.
Sales manager all along had been confirming that the billing will take place and changed the order specifications saying that it is required to make sure that billing happens on or before 31-3.
On 31-3, they inform that the billing cannot happen come what may.
