Dell laptop inspiron 1525
They r not providing hardware services in warranty period

I m narendra kr singh using dell laptop and now i am in warranty period and the battery of my notebook is showing week & to replaced it .but the dell service providers are saying that we will not replaced your battery even i shaw that the another company like hp & wipro are providing the this facilities either the warranty period is less than one week.
