Hello,
I have placed an order for Dell Studio Laptop through Kay Kay overseas corporation, Dell store in Croma@Mulund on 18th Sept and payed in cash (IRN-3867-89554). I received a call informing that dell has stopped production of dell studio 14 laptops and Customer has an option to cancel the order or upgrade.
I tried reaching customer care more that 4 times but have no able to locate any soul who could clarify my queries or help me with how to proceed further. I wish dell could discipline those people sitting in their customer service department and teach them some etiquette's.
Could anybody please redirect me to a proper channel to resolve my problem?
