Warrenty on Laptop (within 1year)

I purchased laptop model No:- Dell Vostro 1510 (service tag:- J6JV2BS & Model No:- 41755023496) from Growel Infotech, Rajkot, Gujrat (a dealer of dell) on appril 2009.1year warrenty was given on the said product as discussed & agreed upon between me and deler representative be atthe time of purchase. Now AC adaptor is not working and same was informed to the concerned person immediatly. They are telling now, it is not cover under warantee. Kindly help me to solve the said problem.
