My case reference number is 200090828190418599 case interative no 645052021 I just want to know are Dell system are made up bad quality and cheap goods were used I am using xpsm1530 I got a major prblm with in 12 months and before I was using cos m1210 I am very much disappointed and Dell is having any standards there customer service is crap y can't u r team know to give a proper service mr bharath team leader kslphanz and bharath were involved in this case they were so crap in the service what they provided I would like to donate u r system back for free of cost even I have spent lot of money I would rather give it back than not using
