Epf withdrawel

EPF Withdrawel amount not recd A/C No .(HR/FD/9476/1430) I was employee of Delphi Steering systems Bangalore, . I have submitted EPF withdrawl form on 05.03.2008 and even after one half year, i have not recd. my epf amount... pls give me that what is the status of my A/C.
