Sub: Non receipt of refund against Order for Dent King

I have sent back the Dent King wide Flyking Courier Receipt Number 63430454 (copy enclosed) along with a letter dated 15th March (copy enclosed) which was not as the same was not as per the order placed by me. The said item is not same as shown in the Television as well as on the website i.e. wwwwonderbrands.org. I have paid a sum of Rs. 2, 241/- cash into your Axis Bank Ltd account number 066010200036193 in the name of M/S Ashasa India Enterprises.

Further, on contacting I have been told that new account number of the Firm is 9100200062940 with the same Bank and the account number 066010200036193 have now been closed. Email address is also not provided and refused when asked. Also, same Person is talking with a different name i.e. Anita/Anajali/Seema/Somya and disconnect the telephone call on coming to know about the truth. This proves that you are not following the fair trade practises and keep on changing the name, address s well as the bank account number.

You are requested to please send cheque favouring Pradeep H. Agarwal for Rs. 2, 241/- Rs. 200/- towards courier charges being paid by me for retuning back this item through courier. Please note that if I do not receive the refund within one week, I shall have no option but refer this matter to the Police Department and The Consumer Court. Please contact the undersigned at mobile number 9833282491/9821282490 and confirm that you have received back the Dent King and do the needful in this matter.
