Not deliver on time

Dear Concern,

As per to following mail, I had placed an order, which has to deliver today positively but there is no as such status updated to me so far.

This gonna be very bad of your service that I observed for the first time.

I never expect such kind of service from "indiatimes" infact I m a regular user of indiatimes site.

Can anyone tell when the product will get deliver even after so long...???

Else I want my money back credited to my account.
