Dear Sir,
With respect to my complaint with the Deutsche bank captured below the bank has remained silent and has not made any official communication on the same not even an apology. I wish to register a Complaint on Deutsche Bank on grounds of Harassment, deficiency of service and breach of banking
principles and take the issue to a logical conclusion.
I had enclosed my correspondense with the bank for your reference.

I am receiving messages and phone calls for a Credit Card which I don’t own. The
bank is harassing me for non payment of over dues by someone named as "Anirup
Mitra" located in Kolkatta. My Mobile number 91-99625 60032 is used by me. I
have nothing to do with Anirup Mitra.
The bank had allowed a fraud to happen without properly following KYC norms and
proper customer background checks before issue of the card. This is not only
harassment but also misuse of my private mobile number and tarnishing my name,
image and credit worthiness.
The bank called me from the number " 91-22-67497800" and harassed me twice on
Saturday, May 2 claiming for a non payment of Rs 54000 (approximately).
For this I require a explanation and redressal. This is not only disturbing but
criminal in nature. Note the bank is liable and accountable for all its actions.
The bank owes explanation on the following:
1. Not following KYC norms and accepting a Chennai mobile number for Kolkatta
based Customer.
2. Harassment of customer (myself) over phone when I owe no dues to the bank.
3. Allowing a fraud & cheating to be committed.
4. Breach of my privacy & Misuse of my mobile number.
5. Breach of banking principles.
6. Refusal to provide identity of the executives in the bank for escalation.
The bank is hiding behind the call center and not providing proper explanation
and clarity on the issue.
The bank lacks courtesy and has no dignity to admit its mistakes. It touts to be
elite bank but harasses as law abiding customer, hiding behind call centers, for
no fault of his.
The Customer care raised the following complaint number 27876. The bank refused
to act immediately in spite of me repeatedly telling them its a fraud and
cheating.
I hold the bank responsible for all the above events and looking for a logical
conclusion to this episode. Note as a bank you are irresponsible. I am dismayed
and disgusted with your actions and intent.
